"Maria, your negative review is unfounded. You spoke with Jackie on 1/14 requesting a document for your policy and the request was processed and mailed by our Regional Office on 1/17. You were told that the letter takes upwards of 10 business days to arrive once it is mailed. When you called again on 1/27 (which IS NOT 10 business days later) demanding to know where the later is at, you were politely told by Jackie that the request was processed as requested and the letter is in the mail. You became verbally abusive and you were hung up on. I 100% support Jackie's decision to hang up on you. I DO NOT tolerate customers verbally abusing my team members. Our team provides exceptional service to our customers, and you are the 1 negative review we have ever received. It looks like the 3 other reviews you have left for other companies have similar complaints. Is it possible that when you receive an answer you don't like that you become verbally abusive to those trying to assist you? "
